Fall Creek Falls Family Retreat

     School has started back and that means that plans are being made for the  Fall Creek Falls Family Retreat. The dates are October 5-8.  It is during our young people’s fall break from school.  I want to encourage all families to think about attending this retreat.  It is in one of the most beautiful places in the world, with some of God’s most beautiful people. The cost is $30 per person.  That will cover food and lodging.  Please mark your calendars and make plans to attend this year’s retreat.  There are brochures about the retreat on the tract rack. Teen Leadership  Conference 

     This year’s TLC will be held at the Campbell St. church of Christ in Jackson, TN, August 23-24.  We will leave on Saturday morning and we will return after morning worship on Sunday.  Each young person that goes will need to bring a sleeping bag and money for two meals.

WKYC Teen Week Retreat

     The Teen Week Retreat is September 12-14 at WKYC. The applications are on the back    table. They need to be in by September 5.  The cost is $35 per person.  If the application is in by September 5 the teenager will get a free T-Shirt.  Please be making plans for this retreat.

     I thought when school started back that things were supposed to slow down, but as you can see everything keeps rolling on.  Please put each of these events on your prayer list.  Pray for spiritual growth, involvement, success, and safety in these events.  I look forward to seeing you Sunday.
