WorkCamp 2003

     WorkCamp 2003 is here!  This Sunday evening we should have several young people from throughout the county visiting with us for the beginning of WorkCamp.  There are some things that each person needs to know about WorkCamp:

1.       Sunday Evening Fellowship Meal-The Calvert congregation is responsible for the fellowship meal following the Sunday evening service.  Please bring food to the activities building late Sunday afternoon for all of the young people and the adult volunteers.

2.       Servers for each evening-Each night except Tuesday there will be a fellowship meal for all of the WorkCamp participants.  We will eat at 6:00 p.m.  We need people to help serve each evening.

3.       Start and Finish to Each Day-I will drive the van to the Briensburg building each morning and return each afternoon.  We will leave Calvert at 7:40 a.m. and return at 3:15 p.m.

4.       Lunch-Each participant in WorkCamp is responsible to bring a sack lunch each day.

5.       Evening Meals and Banquet-Each  night  except Tuesday there will be a meal for the participants.  Thursday night there will be a banquet for the participants and the homeowners.

6.       Donations-Donations are needed and if you want to make one please see Craig.

7.       Prayer-Please be praying for the safety of the young people, for dry weather, and a positive experience for the homeowners and the community.
