Lock-In

     There will be a lock-in this Friday evening following the Homecoming football game.  It should be a night of fun.  This is for grades 6-12 and will be from 10:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m. at the Walnut Grove church building. If you have any questions, you can ask me.  Parents and teens will be responsible for their own transportation.

 Golf Scramble

     Our annual Golf Scramble is this Saturday at the Mineral Mounds golf course in Eddyville.  If you are playing you need to be at the activities building no later than 7:00 a.m Saturday morning.  If you have any questions, contact Keith Steele.

  Youth Devotional    

     There will be a youth devotional this Sunday evening at the home of Chris and Kelly Smith.  I want to encourage all of our young people who are eligible to attend.  I will be driving the van and we will return to the building around 9:00  p.m.

Fall Creek Falls

     The Fall Creek Falls Family Retreat is quickly approaching.  It is October 5-8.  It is not too late to sign up.  The cost is $30 per person or $100 per family of four or larger.  This will cover food and lodging at the group lodge.  If you stay at the Inn the cost is $15 per person to cover food.  This  retreat  is a  great  blessing.  It  provides opportunity for fellowship with God and his people.  Let me encourage you to attend.  I believe that it will be more than worthwhile.
